information when, in our reasonable judgment, such sharing is necessary or

Registration Form. We could also collect some
personal information from you if you submit a contact us form to
communicate with us via email. We
collect certain types of non-personal information and technical data from each visitor to our

used by us. We use this information, none of which is or can be personally
associated with you, for statistical and analytic purposes, to help us understand

your information, that your information will not be accessed, disclosed,

Long We Retain Your Personal Information We
normally retain your personal information for a reasonable time after our relationship with you has
ended, and in any event, generally not less than one (1) year from that date. For legal reasons, we may sometimes be
required to retain personal information for a longer period. Under certain
circumstances, Federal and/or state law may require us to retain your
personal information for different periods of time. Non-personal
information may be retained indefinitely. Correcting
or Remove Your Personal Information If
you believe there are factual errors in any of the information you have submitted to us, please

require that you verify your identity before we make any requested changes to
personal information. As long as we are in an ongoing relationship with each
other, you may not remove any pertinent information. Also
as a Paid Member of our Membership Program you will have the ability to update your registration
information at any time through your membership portal website. Choices

with most businesses, the basic personal information of a Client is need in order to perform the
service that is requested. If you elect not to provide personal information to us,
or you do not complete and submit the information we ask for, we will not be able
to provide you with the most complete responses or any response and/or you
may not be able to access all the available features of our service. Therefore the choice is

do not call or send emails to our
clients to solicit your business. We might contact you through whatever
means we have available to us, if you are our client, to check up on you to
see how the process of eliminating your debt is working for you. You
may tell us not to contact you
at your postal mailing address, telephone number or e-mail address if
you wish us not to inquire how your process is going. If you elect not to
receive inquiries from us, we will not be able to fully support and encourage
you to stay the course in eliminating your debt. Social
Security Numbers When
you become a client of our Membership Program, we will collect your Social Security number for
1099 purposes, but our Privacy Policy (1) protects the confidentiality of Social
Security numbers, (2) prohibits unlawful disclosure of Social Security
numbers, and (3) limits access to Social Security numbers. Testimonials If
you submit a testimonial to us,
we will ask for your permission to post your testimonial to our website
prior to doing so. When we post your testimonial, we will delete any personal
information that may be used to identify you, from your testimonial. If you submit a photo of yourself, we may use
photo as part of your testimonial. If
at any time you decide to remove your testimonial, please contact us via
e-mail or postal mail. A
Special Note about Children's Privacy We
do not knowingly collect, use or
share personal information about visitors under 18 years of age. If you
are under 18 years of age, we do not have any products and/or services to
offer you on our website. Mainly
because you do not have any credit card debt to eliminate. Special

residents who provide us with their personal information may request certain information
regarding disclosures made to third parties for direct marketing purposes,
including the names and address of those to whom such disclosures have been made.
